You can find equipment items by category. Click on the auction item you are interested in to review the pictures and download the catalogue.

Bidding
Our system is an open bidding process, everyone can view the bidding process. Every bid received in the last 5 minutes will automatically result in an additional 5 minutes.

You win
When you have the winning bid you receive an email confirming the winning bid and receive the proforma invoice. You must pay a nonrefundable down payment of 10% within 1 hour and have 10 days to pay the balance. During this 10 days you have time to inspect the auction item according to the catalogue at the mentioned location.

After payment we give you the contact information of our consigner for pick-up arrangements. For overseas shipments we can assist you.

Preparing the catalogue
Once we have settled the agreement and terms we prepare together with you the catalogue. To avoid later issues with the inspection of the buyer this catalogue must substantiated the facts with pictures and additional information. Don’t hide hidden defects!
After paying the administration fee with a minimum of €250 and a maximum of €750 the items will be listed.

Auction starts
Together we set the type of auction, private treaty, reserved or unreserved.
Also we set the time frame on. During the auction period we will monitor and advise.

Auctions ends
When the time slots comes to an end we will advise you the highest bid and will send the invoice to the buyer. Buyer need to pay a 10% down payment within 1 hour. If he defaults the item will go back on auction and we will contact the runner up.
After paying the down payment buyer has 10 days to pay the balance and enables him to inspect the item to compare with the catalogue. If major errors appears buyer can reframe from payment and get a refund of the deposit.

Delivery
When everything is set and done equipmentplaza pays the consigner before delivery.
Equipmentplaza will share the contact information and delivery can be arranged.
Consigner will assist with delivery for 1 day free of charge and will provide a fork truck if needed.
To be completely clear the equipment will only be released when consigner received full payment.
